Self Care

"The relationship with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have".

                                                                                                 - Jane Travis

We go through our day to day tending to other peoples needs, barely having enough time and energy for ourselves. Some of us are distracted by our jobs, family and even religion; those things keep us from spending time in solitude. Some might even argue that they can do it all and still have time for self.

Self care and why we need it

Self-care encourages you to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself. When you show up for yourself you are able to show up for others in the best possible way. It is an active choice that we all need to make. It is being kind to yourself, nurturing yourself, loving yourself. By practicing self-care, we give ourselves a chance to step away and breathe, thus avoiding burnout.

By taking care of yourself, you are taking care of your health and well-being. Your physical, emotional, social, intellectual, environmental, spiritual, vocational and financial wellness will be in perfect alignment as soon as you start showing up for You.

The reason why you're here right now is because you're searching for an answer. You might feel lost, unhappy, or even stressed and what you're use to doing isn't working. You're ready to take control of yourself and health. You're ready to live for you but you need help/guidance in taking that step to becoming a better version of yourself.
